Week 3 - October 25, 2004 - Texas Sheet Cake  - This is a cross between a cake and a brownie.  So delicious and so easy!

Week 5 - November 10, 2004 - Low Fat Sweet and Sour Pork - Low fat but loaded with flavor!

Week 6 - November 17, 2004 - Tuna or Chicken Roll Ups - Great weeknight meal.  Kids love them!

Week 7 - November 24, 2004 -  Easy Delicious Marinara Sauce 

Week 8 - December 1, 2004 - Spudini Bread - A delicious garlic bread with cheese!

Week 8 - December 8, 2004 - Turkey Meatloaf - Just as delicious but lower in fat!

Week 9 - December 15, 2004 - Chicken Divan - A great chicken dish!

Week 10 - December 22, 2004 - Garlic Cheese Spread - Great on crackers, also great on hot french bread!

Week 11 - December 29, 2004 - Marinated SlawWonderful variation on the standard cole slaw. Delicious!

Week 12 - January 5, 2005 - Easy Beef Stroganoff or Beef Burgundy - Hearty and delicious but low in fat!  

Week 13 - January 12, 2005 - Moo-Less Chocolate Pie - Great nondairy desert. Chocolate lover's dream!

Week 14 - January 19, 2005 - Oatmeal Sheet Cake - Ultimate comfort food!

Week 15 - January 26, 2005 - Impossibly Easy Italian Chicken Pie - Excellent, quick dinner idea! 

Week 16 - February 2, 2005 - Sesame Beef - Excellent, easy Chinese dish!

Week 17 - February 9, 2005 - Chicken Vermicelli-This is so versatile.  It can be served hot as main dish or cold as a salad!

Week 18 - February 16, 2005 - Chicken Enchilada Pie-A real family pleaser!  

Week 19 - February 23, 2005 - Parmesan Potato Pave- Pronounced Pah-Vay. A wonderful, versatile side dish!

 Week 20 - March 2, 2005 - Mock Mashed Potatoes - Just like the ones served on low-carb menus at restaurants!

Week 21 - March 9, 2005 - Cheesy Potato Casserole Also know as Luscious Potatoes.  Excellent, rich, cheesy!

Week 22 - March 16, 2005 - Spanish Rice - Delicious as side dish or can be made into a main dish by adding chicken!

Week 23 - March 23, 2005 - Caramel Chocolate Oatmeal Bar Cookies - Rich and Delicious!

Week 24 - March 30, 2005 - Hot Artichoke Dip - Spicy and delicious!  Extremely easy!

Week 25 - April 6, 2005 - Spicy Turkey Sloppy Joes - Excellent variation on an old favorite!

Week 26 - April 13, 2005 - Cilantro Rice with Chicken - Wonderful combination of flavors!

Week 27 - April 20, 2005 - Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole - Great side-dish or with the addition of chicken makes a meal!

Week 28 - April 27, 2005 -  Soy Glazed Chicken - Wonderful Asian flavors.  Simply serve with rice and stir-fried veggies!

Week 29 - June 15, 2005 -  Layered Cobb Salad - This is a delicious salad for those warm summer days.  The dressing is great for other uses also!

Week 30 - June 22, 2005 -  Double Quick No-Knead Rolls - Gives you piping-hot yeast rolls without the work (or mess) of having to knead the dough.
